Standard Repair Rates
Our service department is proud to service and perform warranty work in house on all units sold at Carls Mower & Saw Inc. Unlike the BIG BOX STORES we service what we sell, right here, onsite!
We also service Cub Cadet, John Deere, Toro, White, Craftsman, Husqvarna, MTD, Yard Machines, Troybilt and Yardman, Snapper (units must be no more than 10 years old).
Our service department promises to provide you with quality repairs in a timely manner (usually 5 days or less, even in the busy season).

7 DAY SERVICE CHALLENGE.
What is the Service Challenge?
Our repair shop has always provided our customers with exceptional repair times. Ninety nine percent of the time our repairs take less than one week to complete, generally the only thing that holds us up are parts supply issues. Well now we are ready to step up and guarantee our service repair turnaround.
We guarantee that all service repairs of Riding Mowers, Zero Turns Mowers, Walkbehind lawnmowers and StringTrimmers (weedeaters) will be completed within 7 Days of repair order origination or we will supply you with a loaner machine free of charge. We also guarantee that mowers and trimmers purchased at Carl's Mower and Saw will be completed in 5 days or a loaner unit will be provided.
There is some small print, but not a whole lot!
Customer is responsible for unit transportation
Not valid for units with parts that are nla from distributer
Unit must be returned within 24 Hours of check out
Usage is limited to once per week until repairs are completed
Units with repair estimates are valid 1 week after repair authorization
Service time on units picked up by Carls Mower does start until the time of pick up
A credit card number will be required as a damage deposit
Cub Cadet is not eligable for service challange due to poor parts distribution.
Customer is to only use our fuel, in order to assure this we make sure the machines are full of gas and send them out with a 1 gallon fuel can. There is a $5.00 fuel surcharge.
